档案管理信息化一直是新时代档案管理追求的目标，上个世纪末开始的计算机信息技术的高速发展是我国档案信息化管理的契机。本文首先对档案管理应向信息化发展及所遵循的原则进行阐述，然后就当前档案管理信息化的现状进行了初步的分析，最后探讨了档案管理信息化发展过程中应采取的具体措施。

The file management information has been a new era of file management goal, the beginning of the last century,the rapid development of computer information technology management in China an opportunity to file information. Firstly, information on records management should followed develop and elaborate the principles,and then the file management information with a preliminary analysis on the current status. Finally, we discuss the development of file management information specific measures to be taken.
