摘要
通过力学性能测试、显微组织及断口形貌分析,研究了主要合金元素、杂质含量对Al-Mn-Mg合金力学性能的影响。采用正交试验方法优化了Al-Mn-Mg合金的化学成分。结果表明,Mg主要起固溶强化作用;Mn可以改变含铁化合物的形态;低含量Si、适量Mn、Mg的铝合金具有优良的力学性能。
The mechanical properties of annealed samples with different composition were examined. Through microscopic structure and fractography pattern analysis,the effects of alloying elements on the mechanical properties of Al-Mn-Mg alloys were investigated. The composition of Al-Mn-Mg alloys was optimized with orthogonal test. The results show that Mg is mainly a solid solution strengthening element,which can change the kind and morphology of the compound with Fe. The Al alloy with low content of Si,higher content of Mn and Mg has better combination of strength and toughness.
