摘要
采用正交回归设计实验方法,研究了零保温条件下调质处理对45钢硬度的影响,建立了硬度回归方程。结果表明:在实验温度范围内,零保温淬火温度越高,回火温度越低,45钢硬度越大。
The influence rule of quenching and tempering on hardness of 45 steel in zero time holding quenching was researched by orthogonal regressive principle,and the regression equation of the hardness was established. The results show that within the range of experiment temperature,the higher temperature of quenching in zero time,the lower temperature of tempering,the higher the hardness.
