摘要
用泥浆罐式冲刷腐蚀试验机研究了1Crl7Mo2和T10钢两种材料在不同冲刷速度和冲刷角度下的冲刷-腐蚀交互作用.结果发现:在低速冲刷时,lCrl7Mo2钢的冲刷-腐蚀交互作用为负,在冲刷速度高时,交互作用为正;T10钢在所研究的冲刷速度范围内,交互作用均为正,随冲刷速度的增大而显著增大,两种材料的交互作用在不同冲刷角度时均为正,其随冲刷角度的变化规律与冲刷-腐蚀失重的变化规律相似.
The erosion-corrosion (E-C) synergism of 1Crl7Mo2 and T10 steels at different flow velocities and impact angles was studied using rotation test in silica slurry. It was showed that the E-C synergism of 1Crl7Mo2 steel was negative at low velocity and positive at high velocity, while the E-C synergism of T10 steel was positive at all velocities. The E-C synergism of both steels at different impact angles was positive, its varying versus impact angle was similar to that of E-C weight loss rate.
