厚板淬火过程温度场的有限元模拟 被引量:7

摘要 厚板在淬火过程中温度变化剧烈,且随着板厚的增加厚度方向的温差加大,极易导致表面和心部组织不均匀。本文利用ABAQUS软件对厚板淬火过程的温度场进行数值模拟,计算淬火过程钢板厚度方向的温度梯度和冷却速度,为制定合理的淬火工艺制度提供理论依据,以保证厚板淬火前后组织性能的均匀。 There is a drastic temperature variety in plate during quenching process,and the difference in temperature in thickness direction increases with the increase of thickness. It may easily induce non-uniform microstructure in plate. The commercial software ABAUQS was used to simulate the temperature field in plate during the quenching process. The temperature gradient and cooling rate were calculated. A good theoretical reference was provided to establish reasonable quenching process schedule for the homogenous microstructure and properties in plate.
