摘要
铝电解槽钢壳长侧板因温度较高,散热差,导致其发生弯曲变形,造成应力集中于长侧板的中部区域。通过对三台铝电解槽壳进行修复,找出了铝电解槽钢壳长侧板合理的修复工艺。结果表明,该工艺可缩短修复时间、提高生产效率、降低修复成本,为类似铝电解槽钢壳修复工艺的制定提供依据。
Due to high temperature and poor heat dissipation,bending deformation happened on the long side plate of aluminum reduction cell shell and stress concentration occurred in the central region of the long side plate. Through introducing repairing processes for aluminum reduction cell shells,proper repairing process for the cell shells was summarized. The results show that the repairing process can decrease the repairing time,increase productivity and reduce the repairing cost. The conclusion can provide base for repairing such similar parts.
