重组人血小板生成素治疗急性白血病化疗后血小板减少 被引量：9

摘要 急性白血病患者化疗后，常伴有严重的血小板减少，防治棘手。长期以来，血小板输注一直是严重血小板减少的标准治疗方法，疗效肯定。但血小板保存时间短，来源紧张，并可发生输血反应等，限制了其临床应用。
