DNA甲基化与细胞外信号调节激酶通路在系统性红斑狼疮发病机制中的作用
摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)的发病机制尚不完全清楚,对SLE动物模型和人类疾病的研究表明表观遗传的缺陷起到明确的作用,特别是DNA甲基化在SLE的发病机制中尤为重要。从活动性SLE患者中获取的T淋巴细胞DNA是低甲基化水平的,这就导致了体内甲基化调节基因的过度表达、T淋巴细胞自身反应性和自身免疫性。
