摘要
针对目前国内厂家使用较多的水射法生产铸钢丸工艺,分析其缺陷形成机理,对水流与金属液流的取向关系、金属液出口装置进行改进优化。实际生产表明:经工艺优化后所得空心丸明显减少,有效应用粒径钢丸分布更集中,提高了生产效率。
Aimed at current water jetting technique for steel shots, the formation mechanism of steel shots defects was analyzed, then the orientation relation of water flow and metal liquid flow, the section shape of metal nozzle were optimized to obtain better production effects. The practice production shows that these optimization measures can effectively reduce the defects of steel shots, improve the production efficiency, so greater profits were obtained.
