曲线回转外形零件辊挤成形过程的数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决曲线回转外形零件加工时材料利用率低、加工工时多和生产成本高等问题,针对零件几何形状特点,制定了辊挤成形方案。采用三维刚塑性有限元分析软件Deform-3D对该零件辊挤成形过程进行数值模拟,得到了变形过程的金属流动规律,分析了变形温度、摩擦系数、辊挤速度对成形过程的影响,优化了工艺参数,为生产提供了有利的依据。 In order to solve the questions of low material utilization ratio, long machining man-hour and high production cost of machining of the curvilinear rotating shape workpiece, according to the characteristic of geometric shape of the workpiece, the roll extruding technological scheme was instituted. Three-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element software Deform-3D was used to numerical simulation of roll extruding process of the workpiece, the metal flow law in the roll extruding process was obtained. The effects of deforming temperature, friction coefficient and roll extruding velocity on shaping process were analyzed, the technology parameters were optimized, hence it was useful to the practice manufacture.
