摘要
采用Gleeble-1500热力学模拟试验机,在不同的温度和变形速率下对HAl60-1-1铝黄铜合金挤压实验显示,挤压态样品的合金组织分布均匀,表明通过挤压成型的HAl60-1-1铝黄铜止推轴承座可获得良好的硬度和耐磨性。
Using thermodynamic simulation test machine Gleeble-1500, the extrusion experiment of aluminum brass HAl60-1-1 was done under different temperatures and deformation rates. The results show that the microstructure of the alloy after extrusion is even, which indicates that the extruded thrust bearing of aluminum brass HAl60-1-1 has better hardness and wear resistance.
