摘要 焊接工艺评定是为焊接工艺设计提供依据,保证焊接质量的重要措施。本文通过分析企业焊接工艺评定流程,确定了系统需求;运用UML建模方法对系统进行分析和设计,确立了系统结构,建立了系统的用例模型、静态模型和动态模型,并开发出焊接工艺评定管理系统。该系统以所见即所得的方式对焊接工艺评定中涉及的卡片和图表等进行编辑,并结合数据库设计,实现了焊接工艺评定文件的数据共享和有效管理。 Welding procedure qualification, which is an important measure to ensure the welding quality, provides a basis for welding process design. According to the analysis of the process of welding procedure qualification in manufacturing industry, the requirements for the system were acquired. By using the method of UML model analysis, the system structure was constructed and the use case models, static models, active models were established. The system was developed based on the designed models and using the modus of WYSIWYG(What You See Is What You Get) to edit the card and chart that is concerned to the welding procedure qualification documents. Combined with database design, the system realizes data sharing and effective management of welding procedure qualification documents.
