摘要 核电站蒸汽发生器管板属于大型饼类锻件,锻造的目的是破碎铸态组织、消除先天性疏松、孔洞型冶金缺陷,同时避免萌生新的裂纹。研究了管板类锻件层状剪切裂纹的形成机理,归纳了避免这种缺陷的传统工艺,并提出了改进措施。 The round forgings for nuclear power station belong to large forgings, the purpose of forging them is breaking up as cast microstructure, eliminating shrinkages and avoiding new cracks. The formation mechanism of layered shear crack in large round forging was analyzed, the traditional processes avoiding this kind of defects were concluded, and the improvement measures were put forward.
