尿素装置分解加热器内的结垢是一种以Ｆｅ２Ｏ３为主要成分的难溶垢，清除这种结垢是一项公认的技术难题．讨论了ＨＦ－００１清洗方法的各种技术参数以及该方法在部分尿素装置上的应用．结果表明。

Ferric oxide (Fe 2O 3) is the primary compound of the tough scale built up at the internal surface of decomposition heater of urea unit. How to remove this kind of scale is one of most difficult technical challenge. It is discussed that the application of the chemical cleaning method used at the partial urea units,as well as the series technical parameters for the cleaning method of HF-001.As the result,it shows that the HF-001 method is the one of the most effective way to remove the above tough scale
