摘要
通过均匀试验和单纯形优化法试验,得到了间苯二甲腈催化加氢的优化工艺条件:催化剂用量为间苯二甲腈质量的12%,溶剂乙醇、液氨添加量与间苯二甲腈之比分别为4.1∶1(g)、6.8∶1(mol),反应压力4.51MPa,反应温度126℃,反应时间5.3h。最优工艺条件下间苯二甲胺的收率可达83.7%,产品纯度稳定在97%以上。
Through even experiment and pure optimization,optimized technical conditions of catalytic hydrogenation of m phthalonitrile are obtained as follows:catalyst used is 12% of m phthalonitrile amount,the ratio of the addition of solvent ethanol and that of liquid ammonia to m phthalonitrile amount is 4.1∶1(g) and 6.8∶1(mol) respectively,reaction pressure 4 51MPa,reaction temperature 126℃ and reaction time 5.3 hour.The yield of m phenylene dimethylamine can reach 83.7% under optimized conditions and the purity of final product is over 97%.
