摘要
患者 女，55岁。胸背部疼痛1个月余于2009年3月12日入院。体检：腹平软，左上腹触及一个约5cm×6cm×5cm大小的肿物，界限不清，轻压痛。肿瘤标记物：CA12585U／L，甲胎蛋白（AFP）、癌胚抗原（CEA）及CA199均正常。
