For the preparation project of Lusai large real estate site in Qatar,China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Bureau adopts the cement-soil deep mixing method to sovle the marine mud problem of soft foundation consolidation.The paper introduces the process of plan optimization calculation.The result shows the method ensures the project quality and decreases the cost and speeds up the project progress.
