摘要
文章首先介绍了Internet的发展状况，并对Internet目前所面临的一些技术上和非技术上的问题进行了探讨；然后对第二代Internet及NGI（下一代Internet）的情况做了介绍；最后提出了我们的对策。
After discussing the present condition and technical and nontechnical problems of Internet, this paper introduces both the second generation Internet and next generation Internet. This paper brings forth some measures which China should take.
