抚顺市医务人员职业紧张状况的调查

Investigation on Occupational Stress of Medical Staff in Fushun City

目的探讨抚顺市医务人员职业紧张状况的分布特征,为改善医务人员的健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用职业紧张量表(QSI-R)中的个体紧张反应问卷(Personal Strain Questionnaire,PSQ)对随机抽取的抚顺市7所医院的1380名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果低年龄组的医务人员PSQ得分高于高年龄组(P<0.01),未婚医务人员PSQ得分较高(P<0.05),高学历医务人员PSQ得分高于低学历者(P<0.01),患有慢性病的人员得分较高(P<0.01),三甲医院医务工作者的得分高于二甲医院(P<0.01),医患关系严重的医务人员紧张反应的程度较大(P<0.01)。结论不同年龄、婚姻状况、教育背景、是否患有慢性病、不同医院等级和不同程度医患关系的医务人员职业紧张水平分布不同,应加强医务人员的职业教育、健康教育及个体应对措施,缓解医患关系,降低职业紧张,保护和促进他们的身心健康,提高生命质量。

[Objective]To study the distribution characteristics of occupational stress among medical staff in Fushun city,provide the scientific basis for improving health of medical staff.[Methods]1380 medical staffs from 7 hospitals in Fushun were randomly sampled and investigated with personal strain questionnaire （PSQ） of the occupational stress inventory revised edition （OSI-R）.[Results]The PSQ score of the low age group was higher than that of the high age group （P〈0.01）. Unmarried medical staffs had higher PSQ scores （P〈0.05）. The PSQ score of medical staffs with high educational background was higher than that of medical staffs with low educational background （P〈0.01）. Medical staffs with chronic disease had higher PSQ scores （P〈0.01）. The PSQ score of medical staffs in third grade class A hospital was higher than that of medical staffs in second grade class A hospital （P〈0.01）. The stress reaction of medical staffs with bad doctor-patient relationship was serious （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The distribution of occupational stress level was different with age,marital status,educational background,chronic disease,hospital grade and doctor-patient relationship. In order to improve doctor-patient relationship,decrease occupational stress,protect and promote the physical and mental health of medical staffs and enhance life quality,the occupational and health education,individual countermeasures should be strengthened.
