遗传因素在缺血性脑血管病发病中的作用

Effect of Genetic Factor on Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的探讨遗传因素在缺血性脑血管病发生中的作用。方法采用遗传流行病学配对病例—对照研究方法,收集157对先证者家系和对照家系一级亲属心脑血管病的患病情况,对有家族史的缺血性脑血管病患者的危险度进行定量评估并计算遗传度。结果36.94%的缺血性脑血管病患者具有家族史,无论男女有心脑血管病家族史的均明显高于对照组。缺血性脑血管病例的母亲心脑血管病患病率(28.66%)明显高于父亲的患病率(8.28%)(χ2=21.66,P<0.01),缺血性脑血管病遗传度为(53.16±4.53)%。结论遗传因素是缺血性脑血管病发病的危险因素。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of genetic factors on ischemic cerebrovascular disease.[Methods]Matched case-control study of genetic epidemiology was adopted to collect the prevalence status of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease of 157 patients＇ first degree relatives in proband pedigree group,as well as another 157 in control pedigree group. The risk rate and the heritability of patients with family history of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease were evaluated.[Results]36.94% of the ischemic cerebrovascular disease cases had family history. The number of male or female patients with family history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseasess in proband group was higher than that in the control group. The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was 28.66% in the mothers of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients,which was higher than that in the fathers of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients （8.28%） （χ2=21.66,P0.01）. The heritability of ischemic cerebrovascular disease was （53.16±4.53）%.[Conclusion]Genetic factor is a risk factor for ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
