CT在肺结核诊断中的重要性

Significance of CT in Diagnosis of Tuberculosis

目的探讨CT检查在肺结核诊断中的作用,为结防工作提供科学依据。方法对2009年上半年确诊的肺结核患者的X线胸片及CT结果进行统计分析。结果CT检查在肺结核早期诊断方面可以提高24.13%;CT检查与X线检查结果不一致率为56.25%;在肺部空洞形成的发现率方面差异有统计学意义(χ2=52.42,P<0.05)。结论CT检查对肺结核的诊断和及时治疗有重要价值,建议在有条件的医疗单位中得到重视和应用。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of CT examination in diagnosis of tuberculosis,and provide scientific evidence for tuberculosis control.[Methods] The tuberculosis patients,who were diagnosed in the first half of 2009,were selected. Their chest X-ray and CT results were statistically analyzed.[Results]The CT examination could improve 24.13% of early diagnosis rate of tuberculosis; the inconsistent rate between CT examination and X-ray examination was 56.25%; the difference of discovery rate of pulmonary cavity formation was significant（χ^2=52.42,P0.05）.[Conclusion]CT examination is valuable in diagnosis and timely treatment of tuberculosis,and it is suggested to be attached importance and applied in medical units with available conditions
