摘要
提出了一种面向金属薄板拉延成形模具的不等截面拉延筋设计新工艺,该工艺根据冲压件上各部位在成形过程中所需的拉延阻力不同,在相应部位设置不同形状截面的拉延筋,从而使得拉延成形过程各部分材料均得到充分的延展.对该拉延筋的阻力模型进行了分析,以某型号轿车发动机盖零件冲压成形为例,对不同形状的拉延筋对拉延成形质量的影响情况进行了仿真分析.分析结果表明,采用不等截面拉延筋冲压工艺可以有效地控制冲压件的回弹,提高成形件的质量.
This paper proposed a new non-uniform section drawbead technique for sheet metal forming process. To generate a desirable drawbead restraining forces,which enable sophisticated workpiece to be drawn properly, a new variable section drawbead was developed according to the formability and the springback characteristics of the blank. The frictional resistant force was simulated to establish a mathematical model. This method was applied to the formation of the hood panel of a passenger car. The example has demonstrated that the new forming process can fully use the blank drawing property to significantly improve the panel quality while the springback of the sheet metal is controlled in a more effective way.
