桐酸酸酐水解物对重质碳酸钙表面改性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用自行合成的桐酸酸酐水解物对重质碳酸钙进行表面改性,并对改性后的粉体进行表征.结果表明:桐酸酸酐水解物用量为碳酸钙1.5%(质量分数),对碳酸钙具有最佳改性效果,活化度可达83.40%,吸油值降为28.29 mL/100 g,黏度降低46.36%,水的接触角为99°.改性碳酸钙填充到PVC材料中,可使复合材料的缺口冲击强度由8.455 kJ/m2增加到10.216 kJ/m2,断裂伸长率由16.12%增加到24.52%.改性碳酸钙对PVC材料起到增韧的作用. The surface modification of calcium carbonate particles was investigated by using self-made eleostearic acid anhydride hydrolyzate. The surface properties of calcium carbonate after modification were measured. The results indicated that the best surface modification effect was achieved when the amount of eleostearic acid anhydride hydrolyzate was 1.5 %. The activation degree of the modified calcium carbonate reached 83.40%, the oil absorption value reduced to 28.29 mL/100 g,the viscosity decreased by 46.36% and the water contact angle was 99°. The mechanical properties of the CaC()3/PVC composites demonstrated that the notched impact strength increased from 8. 455 to 10. 216 kJ/m^2 and the breaking elongation augmented from 16.12% to 24.52%. The modified calcium carbonate improved the toughness of composites distinctively.
