Fatigue's Influence on Crew's Efficiency

摘要 在概述船员疲劳的特征基础之上，详细分析了船员疲劳的原因以及疲劳与船员工作能力的动态变化过程，并提出了解决船员疲劳问题的措施。 This paper analyses the main kinds of crew's fatigue,its causes and characteristics,and the changing process of fatigue in relation to crew's efficiency,and gives measures against crew's solve crew's fatigue.
