摘要
讨论了潜艇外部耐压液舱可能的结构型式。指出了传统的全实肋板外部耐压液舱、耐压船体壳板应力集中较严重,轴向应力很大。指出了加强液舱壳板难以降低耐压船体壳板应力,反过来,加强耐压船体壳板也难以改善液舱壳板的应力状态。指出了液舱壳板加纵骨的全实肋板同心双层圆柱壳是一种优良的耐压液舱新型结构型式。
Possible structural forms of outer pressure tank of submarine are discussed.The following conclusions are obtained.In traditional pressure tank with solid floor,the axial stresses are very large in the pressure hull and the stress concentration is obviously nearing the joint of the pressure tank shell and the pressure hull shell.The stresses in the pressure hull shell can not be decreased evidently by increasing the thickness of the pressure tank shell or adding intermediate frame on its shell.On the other hand,adding longitudinals on the pressure hull can not also change the stress state in the pressure tank shell.Double concentric cylindrical shell with solid floor and added longitudinals on the pressure tank shell is a very good structural form of new pressure tank.
