疾病不确定感对恶性骨肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

Influence of the Uncertainty Sense of Illness on Quality of Life in the Patients with Malignant Bone Tumors

目的探讨恶性骨肿瘤患者疾病不确定感对其生活质量的影响。方法采用Mishel疾病不确定感量表和癌症患者生存质量量表(EROTCQLQ-C30)对66例恶性骨肿瘤住院患者进行调查。结果患者的疾病不确定感总体得分(128±14.94)分,在4个维度上均存在着疾病不确定感。疾病不确定感高水平组患者的生活质量得分较低水平组患者得分低(p<0.01),患者疾病不确定感总分及各维度得分与生活质量各因子得分呈负相关(p均<0.05)。结论护理人员应采取相应的干预措施,降低患者的疾病不确定感,从而树立起战胜疾病的信心,提高其生活质量。

Objective：To figure out the influence of the uncertainty sense of illness on quality of life in the patients with malignant bone tumors.Methods：66 patients in hospital with malignant bone tumors were investigated by Mishel Scale on Uncertainty Sense of Illness and Quality of Life Scale of Cancer Patients.Results：The patients with malignant bone tumors got a score of （128±14.94） in Mishel Scale on Uncertainty Sense of Illness.The scores in Quality of Life Scale in the patients with higher uncertainty sense of illness were less than that of the patients with lower uncertainty sense of illness （p〈0.01）.The scores of Mishel Scale on Uncertainty Sense of Illness were negatively related with the scores of Quality of Life Scale（p〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nurses should conduct interventions to relieve patients＇ uncertainty sense of illness and build their confidence to defeat the disease, then to improve their quality of life.
