摘要
根据气液两相流中液滴尺寸分布服从双参数RosinRammler分布的特点,介绍了一种双角度前向小角光散射测量液滴尺寸分布的方法。采用该方法在汽轮机叶片热态湿蒸汽冲蚀试验台上进行了连续100h的在线测量。试验结果和测量的不确定度分析表明,该方法简单可靠,可以应用于气液两相流的在线测量。
Considering the Rosin Rammler distribution as the distribution model of droplets in the liquid gas two phase flow,a method to determine droplet size distribution by light scattering at two small angles near forward is presented.The method has been calibrated,evaluated,and successfully applied to the 100 hour continuous in situ measurement of droplets in the shock test of turbine blades.It is shown to be effective for the in situ measurement of liquid gas two phase flow.
