摘要
通过对典型光纤振动传感器的研究,给出了这几种振动传感器的传感头结构,分析了它们的工作原理,导出了传感头等效力学模型的动力学特性,还给出了常用的适合于光纤振动传感器的几种信号解调方法,为基于光纤振动传感器的研究与设计提供了依据.
The structures of several kinds of sensors were put forth through the study of the typical optic fibre vibration sensors. The working principles was subjected to analysis and the dynamic characteristics of the efficacy models of the sensor heads were worked out through deduction. Several kinds of ways of signal demodulation suitable for optical fibre vibration sensors were presented,which provided the basis for the study and design of sensors based on optical fiber vibration.
