摘要
目的了解高中生的自我和谐状况、心理健康状况及其关系.方法采用《自我和谐量表》(SCCS)和《心理健康诊断测验》(MHT)对福建3所中学的高中生进行测量.结果高中生自我与经验的协调状态上不是很好;不存在性别差异;高中生在自我与经验的不和谐性的得分与常模没有显著差异;在刻板性上比常模高,在灵活性上比常模低;高中生自我与经验的不和谐和心理健康因子都呈显著正相关;自我的灵活性与自责呈负相关;自我刻板性与孤独感和过敏呈正相关.结论高中生目前自我和谐状态堪忧,培养高中生的自我和谐性有助于提高其心理健康水平.
Objective To help obtain a clear picture about high school students' Ego Consonance and mental health status and the correlation between. Methods Both SCCS and MHT were adopted to measure the senior students from three middle schools in Fujian. Results Poor performance was observed in regard to high school students" ability on their coordination of self and experience; gender difference was not observed in SCCS; compared with the norm, no significant difference was observed in the scores concerning disharmony between self and experience; an above-norm score was seen in the item of stereotyping and a lower score in flexibility; There was significant positive correlation lying in high school students' ego-experience disharmony and mental health factors; self-flexibility and self-accusation were negatively correlated; self-stereotyping was positively correlated with loneliness and sensitivity. Conclusion The status quo of the ego consonance of senior students is rather worrying and the improvement of ,this contributes to the enhancement of their mental health.
