试论当前我国进一步推进农业机械化面临的问题及对策

On Problems and Strategies of Improving Agricultural Mechanization in China

目前,我国推进农业机械化面临的问题:农业生产力水平、生产工具和基础设施仍然落后,农机产品市场还不很规范,且土地过于分散零碎、劳动力转移和资金等都存在巨大的困难,导致农机产品造价高等问题直接影响了农业机械化的发展。应加快工业发展,为农村劳动力转移创造条件;倡导土地使用权的合理流转集中;拓宽投资渠道;加快发展农业机械化和法制建设,扩大"内需",使之成为我国经济新的增长点。

Now, the problems directly influencing development of agricultural mechanization are the backward agricultural productivity, production tool, and infrastructure, non-standard agricultural mechanical product market, scattered lands, difficult transfer of labors and funds, and high prices of agricultural mechanical products. Hence, we should quicken industrial development to create conditions for transfer of rural labor, encourage reasonable transfer and concentration of land use right, expand investment channels, aecderatc agricultural mechanization and hgal construction, enlarge domestic demand, and make it a new growth point in China＇s economy.
