摘要
当前,我国企业人力资源管理存在的问题,主要表现在企业重管理,轻开发的现象普遍存在;有些企业只强调对员工的开发而忽视对管理者素质的提高;企业人力资源管理与企业发展战略严重脱节;企业文化建设和工作人员综合工作能力的差距较为突出等方面。企业应转变观念,更新管理理念;构建多元化薪酬分配机制,发挥薪酬的激励调节作用;建立科学的人力资源开发和员工工作绩效考核评价体系;制订有效机制,发挥人力资源管理效能。
Currently, the main problems existed in enterprise human resource management are that many enterprises value management but ignore development, some enterprises only stress the exploitation of employees but ignore increase of managers' quality, the enterprise human resource management disconnects with enterprise development strategy, enterprise cultural construction can not keep up with the stuff's comprehensive working ability. Therefore, the enterprises should change management concept, establish multiple salary distribution mechanism to play the incentive and adjustment rele of salary, build evaluation system on human resource development and stuff performance, and make effective mechanism to play the role of human resource management.
