摘要
电子商务这一新的交易方式最根本的特点是提高了商品流通效率,降低了交易和流通费用。同时,催生了沟通方式、购物方式、支付方式、消费方式的变革。电子商务由于自身区别于传统商业的特殊性,其健康发展需要一个良好的环境。应加强电子商务经营者市场准入的管理、建立交易安全保障体系;强化经营者的信息披露;建立电子商务中经营者的信誉评价机制;建立适宜电子商务下商品交易纠纷的解决机制。
The essential feature of e-commerce is to improve efficiency of commodity circulation, decrease the cost of transaction and circulation, meanwhile, to promote reform of communication, shopping, payment, and consumption means. The healthy development of e-commerce needs an excellent environment due to its own particularity from traditional commerce. Hence, we should increase market admittance management on e-cemmerce managers and build safety guarantee system on transaction, increase managers' information disclosure, set up credit evaluation mechanism on e-cemmerce managers and proper settlement mechanism on commodity transaction dispute with e-commerce.
