摘要
低温下化学氧化合成了十二烷基苯磺酸掺杂聚苯胺(PANI),分别以聚苯胺和活性炭为电极材料组装成电化学电容器,采用恒流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗技术研究混合电容器的电化学性能。结果表明,电流密度为6mA/cm2时混合电容器在1mol/LKCl溶液中比电容高达159.6F/g,100次循环后比电容为初始容量的92.9%,循环性能好,漏电流仅为0.14mA/cm2。
Dodecylbenzene sulfonate doping polyaniline (PANI) was synthesized by chemical oxidation at low temperature condition. Electrochemical capacitor was assembled with the PANI and activated carbon as electrode material. The performance of the hybrid capacitor was studied by galvanostatic charge- dlscharge.cycllc vohammetry and AC impedance. The results indicated that the hybrid capacitor had higher specific capacity (159.6 F/g) and better cycle performance when the current was 6 mA/cm^2, and the leakage current was only 0. 14 mA/cm^2.
