摘要
议论文写作的主要目的是为了表达作者对某些现象或某些事件的态度和看法,评价理论的介入资源是指语言使用者对其所言所持态度、观点和立场:主观的、客观的或中立的。这些态度、观点和立场的鲜明与否直接影响或控制对话者的不同声音。从Martin评价理论的介入资源入手,对各种介入资源在高分议论文和低分议论文中出现的频度进行统计和分析,分析高低分作文的写作特点,对于提高英语学习者英语议论文的写作水平有很大的促进作用。
The main purpose of argumentative writing is to express the writer's attitude and views to some phenomenon or some events.The engagement recourses of Appraisal Theory refers to the attitudes,viewpoints and stance that the writers use to express their ideas: subjective,objective and neutral.Whether the attitudes,viewpoints and stances are clear or not will influence or control the different voices of dialogists.This study carries out the statistics and analysis of the frequency of the different kinds of engagement resources in high-and low-rated argumentative writings and analyzes the writing features of high-and low-rated writings.This can promote English learners' writing level.For English teachers this study can provide some references for English teaching especially for the teaching of argumentative writing.
