我国台湾地区成人教育管理者继续教育的经验与启示

Experience and Inspiration of Adult Education Administrators' Continuing Education in Taiwan

我国台湾地区通过学位教育和短期培训为成人教育管理者提供专业化的继续教育,推动了成人教育活动的推广普及和绩效提高。借鉴其成功经验,我国大陆应重视成人教育管理者的继续教育问题,以成人教育专业化为指引,推动实施主体多元化,完善课程结构,改革教学方式,同时加强专业化理论研究,最终提高成人教育管理者的专业发展意识和教育服务水平。

Through degree education and short-term training, it has provided specialized continuing education to adult educa- tion administrators which has improved popularization and performance of adult educational activities in Taiwan Province, China. Use its successful experience for reference, we should attach importance to adult education administrators＇ continuing education with the guide of professionalizaion of adult education, realize diversification of implementation agency, perfect curriculum frame-work, reform teaching mode and enhance theoretical research of professionalization, above all, we should promote adult education administrators＇ consciousness of professional development and their level of education services.
