摘要
现代网络技术的发展以及网络空间的形成大大改变了人们传统的生活方式。现代网络技术在增强人的主体性的同时,也加剧了人的异化,即主体客体化、原子化和生存空间狭窄化。现代网络对法治进程、法治主体也产生了积极和消极的双重影响。
The development of modem technology of network and the formation of network space have greatly changed people＇s traditional life style. The modem technology of network promotes the subjectivity of people; at the same time,it also quickens the speed of alienation of people, or rather, the objectivity and atomicization of subject, as well as the narrowing of living space for the subject. As a result,it has great influenced the process of rule by law and the subject of rule by law, both positively and negatively.
