尼莫地平联合硫酸镁治疗中重度颅脑损伤合并蛛网膜下腔出血的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 中重型颅脑外伤病人常伴有外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血(tSAH),而外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛(CVS)是常见的继发性神经系统损伤,也是增加t—SAH患者死残率的主要原因.严重威胁颅脑外伤患者的预后,但目前对t—SAH后脑血管痉挛这一状态的治疗研究仍较少。本院自2008年1月至2009年6月,之间使用尼莫地平联合硫酸镁治疗合并蛛网膜下腔出血的中重度颅脑损伤患者20例.效果满意。现报告如下。
