内外踝支撑固定治疗严重Pilon骨折合并腓骨骨折

摘要随着现代交通、建筑业等的迅速发展，胫骨远端骨折日趋增多，涉及关节面的严重粉碎性骨折成为临床治疗较为棘手的难题,这就是目前探讨和争论较多的RuediⅢ型骨折，笔者对2006年8月至2008年6月收治的16例RuediⅢ型骨折合并腓骨报道如下。
