玉溪市结核病控制效果分析

Results of tuberculosis control in Yuxi City

目的评价玉溪市结核病控制效果,为制定结核病控制可持续发展策略提供依据。方法对玉溪市2002～2008年结核病控制工作情况进行总结分析。结果玉溪市以县为单位现代结核病控制策略(DOTS)覆盖率达到100%;新发涂阳肺结核病人发现率超过70%,初治涂阳肺结核病人治疗满2个月痰菌阴转率和涂阳肺结核病人治愈率保持85%以上。结论玉溪市结核病控制效果成效显著,实现了高发现率和高治愈率的规划目标;推行行政保证、强化技术管理、引进项目支持、落实经费保障,是实施结核病控制规划和可持续发展的基本策略[1]。

Aim To evaluate the results of tuberculosis （riB） control in Yuxi City. Methods The data concerning tuberculosis control in Yuxi City from 2002 to 2008 were analyzed. Results The DOTS covering rate achieved 100%. The diseovery rate of new smear positive pulmonary rib exceeded 70% . The sputum negative conversion rate of newly diagnosed smear positive pulmonary TB cases over a period of two months and cure rate all exceeded 85%. Conclusion The results of riB control in Yuxi City are remarkable and effective and comprehensive measures be taken to get tuberculosis under control.
