甲基苯丙胺所致大鼠心肌损伤及相关指标的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨甲基苯丙胺(MA)导致的大鼠心肌的形态学和心功能指标的变化。方法建立MA中毒模型组和对照组,检测两组大鼠心率、血压变化及HE染色观察大鼠心脏形态学变化,用ELISA法测定大鼠血清肌钙蛋白(Tn-T)和脑利钠肽(BNP)浓度。结果与对照组相比,MA组大鼠心率、血压显著升高;MA组大鼠心肌HE染色可见心肌损伤性改变,血清中Tn-T、BNP浓度较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲基苯丙胺可导致大鼠心肌损伤,引起心功能减退。 Aim To demonstrate the myocardial lesion due to long-term administration of methamphetamine (MA) and the changes of relevant indicators in rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into MA group and control group, The heart rate and mean arterial blood pressure of the rats were monitored. After 8 weeks of injection,the hearts were examined with light microscopy, and serum troponin T (Tn-T), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in rats of of the two groups was measured. Results Compared with those of the control group,the heart rate and mean arterial blood pressure of the rats in MA group were increased; After 8 weeks, shces of myocardium by H&E stain shows myocardial damage in rats of MA group, and no obvious cardiac myocyte lesions were observed in those of control group;Compared with the control group, the content of Tn-T and BNP were significantly increased in MA group; and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Chronic intoxication of MA can cause myocardial lesions, and simultaneously induce heart hypofunction.
