摘要
表面增强激光解吸电离-飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOFMS)蛋白质芯片技术是一种基于质谱的高通量分析技术,通常只需要极少的样品就可以进行。目前被广泛应用于传染类疾病的血清和组织蛋白标志物的筛选。蛋白标志物能用于诊断感染、预测疾病状态和病程。精心的实验设计、样品处理和保存,以及选择合理的对照和参数是运用此项技术成功的关键。
Surface enhanced laser desorption ionization-time of flight is a mass spectrometric-based method that requires a minimal amount of sample for analysis and can used for high throughput screening. It has been used to detect serum or tissue protein biomarkers for diagnosis of infectious diseases. The protein biomarkers can be used to diagnose infection,predict disease severity and processes. Exellent experimental design, qualified sample handling and reservation and use of appropriate internal controls are essential to success in use of this technique.
