飞行自动化中人的因素

Human factors problems in flight automation

面对越来越复杂的飞行任务环境，为了用最少的人力去完成尽可能多的飞行任务，飞行自动化是必由之路。人们发展了自动化技术并从中获益，但是高度自动化的飞机同时也带来了许多人的因素问题。人不可能无限度地满足现代化航空技术的要求，无限度地利用自身的适应能力弥补设计上的不足。笔者综述了飞行自动化中一系列人的因素问题，包括空中交通管制、座舱资源管理、工作负荷、操作差错、心理情绪、虚警。

As the flight task environments getting more and more complex,cockpit automation has become an inexorable trend. Human beings have invented and developed automation technologies ,and received much benefit from them. But this new situation also brings a lot of human factors problems. In this paper, some human factors issues such as operation error,nuisance warning, workload,ATC and CRM arisen in automatic flight are summarized.
