摘要
以环氧树脂和铌镁锆钛酸铅(PMN)为原料,采用切割-浇注法制备1-3-2型环氧树脂基压电复合材料。分析讨论陶瓷柱的高度对1-3-2型压电复合材料压电性能、机电性能的影响。结果表明:随着1-3-2型环氧树脂基压电复合材料的柱高的增加,复合材料的压电应变常数d33和压电电压常数g33均增大;随着柱高的不断增加,复合材料的厚度模对应的频带不断变窄;厚度机电耦合系数呈现增大的趋势。
1-3-2 piezoelectric composites were fabricated by the cut-filling method using PMN ceramic and polymer as function and matrix respectively. Piezoelectric properties and eleetromechanieal properties of 1-3-2 piezoelectric composite were analyzed and discussed.
