摘要
目的 长管状骨骨折的愈合过程。方法 20支杂种狗,于左胫骨粗隆下3cm造成横行骨折模型,管型石膏外固定。术后1、2、4、8周行x—ray、组织学、超微结构观察。结果 实验动物骨折断端对位对线良好,4周时骨痂出现,8周时大量骨痴生长,术后早期镜下为轻度炎性反应,继之出现纤维骨痂,术后4周成骨活跃,8周时以软骨化骨为主。结论 狗胫骨上段骨折愈合方式与传统的愈合方式基本一致,成骨方式主要以软骨内化骨为主。
Objective Healing process of long bone fracture. Methods 20 hybrid dogs were caused transverse left tibial fracture 3cm undr the tibial tuberosity and given external fixation by plaster cast. X-ray examination, histologic and ultrastructural observation were givern at 1w, 2w, 4w, 8w after the operation. Results The experimemtal animals' fracture ends had good para-position and alignment, callus appeared at 4w after the operaton and there was a lot at 8w after the operation. Histologic examination showed subinflammatory reaction at early postoperative stage following which fibrous callus occurred. The osteogenic reaction was active at 4w afte the operation while at 8w after the operation it gave priority to endochondros-tosis. Conclusion The healing process of canine upper tibial fracture is basically the same as the traditional way, the osterogenic manner mainly depends on endochondrostosis.
