随着我国经济的快速发展,能源安全问题的重要性日益突出。我们应认清当前我国所面临的严峻的能源形势,充分认识到做好能源工作的重要性。针对我国能源领域存在的问题,从完善相关立法,改革管理体制以及在法律规范指导下,从发展能源技术、优化资源配置、强化国际合作等方面,制定和完善我国能源保障体系。

With the rapid development of our economy, the importance of the problem of energy security have become increasingly prominent. We should recognize that the current our country faced severe energy situation, and fully realize the importance of energy work. Aiming at problems existing in the energy field, establish and perfect our energy security system from perfecting relevant legislation, reforming the management system and under the guidance of the legal standard in the development of energy technology, optimizing the allocation of resources, strengthening international cooperation, and so on.
