Development on the promotion of Chinise Foreign Investment Law in mineral exploration in China

外资进入我国矿业领域已有多年,随着国际资源局势的变化,我国政府在矿业融资领域逐步进行了一些改革。目前,《矿产资源法》正在进行修订论证,如何科学合理地引导外资、利用外资成为矿业勘探、开发的重要命题。本文以我国外商投资企业法律制度为基础,结合《矿产资源法》、矿业外资利用政策,对《外商投资矿产勘查企业管理办法》的一些创新性规定进行了分析。

Investing in the mining industry by the foreign capital for many years, with the changes in the situation of international resources, our Government reformed in the mining areas of funding and gradually carried out some reforms. At present, the ＂Mineral Resources Law＂ had been revised argument, how to guide the foreign capital utilization of foreign investment in mineral exploration and development scientifically and rationally is an important proposition. This article which based on connections of foreign-invested enterprises of China＇ s legal system and ＂Mineral Resources Law＂, use of foreign investment policy in mining expounded some innovative provisions in ＂foreign-invested mineral exploration enterprise management approach＂.
