摘要
安全文化是煤矿企业的灵魂。随着社会的进步与经济的发展,传统的煤矿安全文化已逐渐与我国煤矿企业的内外部环境相脱离,不能够有效地促进安全生产的实现。以互惠性偏好为核心内容的新型煤矿安全文化,具有严密的科学性,能够扭转我国煤矿企业安全文化建设的滞后性,从而使煤矿安全生产效率得到实质性的改进。
The safety culture is the soul of coal mining enterprise. With the social progress and economic development, the traditional coal mine safety culture has gradually separated from the internal and external production environment of coal mine enterprise, and can not be effective in promoting the realization of safe production. The new type coal safety culture including the reciprocal preference has strict science, and may reverse the lag of our coal mine safety culture construction, which may improve the safety production efficiency substantively for coal mine enterprise.
