Evaluate on utilization of dolomitic attapulgite clay in Henan province

河南凹凸棒石经化学分析、物相分析、XRD、IR、SEM确定出矿物成分及含量,经过制样、表面改性,分别作软质透明聚氯乙烯薄膜填料、聚氯乙烯人造革填料、橡胶填料、墙地砖应用试验。结果表明,该矿适合作塑料、橡胶填料,具有补强功能,尤其是适合作PVC的填料;也可在建筑陶瓷中推广应用。

The mineral components and content of Attapulgite Clay is made sure by means of chemical analysis, Phase Analysis, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectra, electron microscopic identification. The clay was applied in the stuffing of plastic , filler of rubber , ceramic tile. The result indicated that it can be made use of filler of plastic and rubber, filler of PVC, especially, and used in architectural ceramics.
