摘要 从雄核发育和雌核发育途径介绍了诱导洋葱单倍体的方法,对影响雌核发育途径诱导单倍体频率的因素进行了讨论,同时对再生植株的倍性鉴定方法和染色体加倍技术做了概述,并对洋葱单倍体的应用前景进行了展望。 Haploid plants can be obtained via androgenesis and gynogenesis.In this paper,factors influencing onion(Allium cepa L.)haploid induction frequency by gynogenesis were discussed.Ploidy determination and chromosome doubling techniques of regenerants were summarized.In addition,application prospect of onion haploid was viewed.
