摘要 本文从新的视角对彭罗斯的企业内生成长理论做了深入解读。强调企业成长的驱动力并非特定的生产技术和管理手段,或独特的资源组合方式,而是企业内部人力资源对外部知识的思维构建方式。继承性人力资源心智模式的适应性转变是企业获取持久竞争优势的关键。
